Reinach Erasmus

BVSc BSc (Hons) MRCVS OVI am a Veterinary surgeon, practicing as a mixed animal vet. I qualified as a Veterinarian in 2014 from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. I have special interest in more of our exotic animals, but I see any animal ranging from a cow to a snake. I am currently studying towards a Certificate in Exotic Animal Medicine and Surgery. I moved with my wife to the Isle of Wight in 2020 and it has since become home.

Caroline Clarke
Clinical Director
BVSc BSc (Hons) MRCVSQualified from Liverpool in 2008, I worked in equine practice for 8 years before moving to small animal practice.
Professional interests include imaging and dentistry but also enjoy most aspects of general practice, in particular building good relationships with clients. I also enjoy mentoring younger vets in the practice and working within our amazing team of vets, nurses and reception staff.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog Percy, gardening and occasionally doing some artwork.

Lucy Vale
Veterinary Surgeon
BVSc MRCVSI grew up on the island and graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2015, joining the Carisbrooke Vets in 2016.
I enjoy all aspects of small animal practice but have an interest in dentistry and internal medicine. I am studying for my post graduate certificate in small animal medicine.
Outside of work I am kept busy with my two young children and enjoy walking my three dogs on the beach and swimming in the sea.

Euan Cragg
Veterinary Surgeon
BSc (Hons)Qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2022 after first gaining a degree in Marine & Freshwater Biology from the University of Glasgow. I enjoy both LA and D=SA practice and have a keen interest in surgery. In my spare time I enjoy exploring the Island with my Spaniel Eadie.

Esmeralda Erasmus
Veterinary Surgeon
BSc BVSc MRCVSI am a Veterinary surgeon with special interest in small animal surgery. I qualified as a Veterinarian in 2014 from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. I am currently studying towards a Certificate in Small Animal Emergency Critical Care Medicine and Surgery. I moved with my husband to The Isle of Wight in 2020 and it has since become home.

Hannah Kenway
Veterinary Surgeon
BSc (hons) BVSc MRCVSI qualified from Bristol in 1993 and have worked in farm and equine practice since then. I also have a degree in zoology and have spent some time working in marine biology and conservation. I completed the two year AHDB sheep expertise training in 2018 and have a special interest in flock health and preventative care in sheep and goats. I love engaging with farm clients, running farmers meetings, writing newsletters and am passionate about supporting animal health in ways that promote sustainable food production and healthy ecosystems

BVSc MRCVSI graduated in April 2022 at the University of Pretoria with a bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) degree. Being passionate about learning and wanting to travel and explore the world has led me from South Africa to this wonderful Practice in the UK. My spare time goes into reading fictional novels, watching Kdrama and exploring this lovely Island.

Denis Pervusin

DVM MRCVS OVI graduated from Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in 2013 and moved to the UK straight after.
I worked in a few practices around London and Kent area and managed to get experience under my belt.
I moved to Isle of Wight in 2019 and worked for few practices on the Island, while completing an acupuncture course and laparoscopy spay course. I joined The Carisbrooke Vets in January 2023. I enjoy being a general practitioner vet and mainly consults.
In my free time I enjoy cycling, walking, and spending time with my family.

Nuria Albors Trotter
Veterinary Surgeon
MRCVSGraduated in 2010 from University Autonomous of Barcelona. And after, continued my learning working in France and the US. I moved finally to the Isle of Wight in 2015 where I finally stayed.
I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, especially the very senior patients.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my large family and my two dogs.

Emily Windham
Veterinary Surgeon
BVM BVS (Hons) MRCVSI graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2016 and moved to the Island a year later. My main clinical interests are internal medicine and ophthalmology, but I enjoy all aspects of being a vet and I am a good all-rounder. I pride myself n my thorough and compassionate approach to pets and their humans. I am passionate about the importance of listening to clients, explaining things well and giving them options. Outside of work I enjoy walking my two Labradors, going to gym classes, sailing, and baking.
