Consulting Times:

***Covid 19 changes: NB during the current pandemic all of our consulting times have changed. All consultations are currently by appointment only. Appointments can be made by telephoning 522822 (for all surgeries) or 217555 (for Sandown only). ***

We normally offer a range of surgery times at our clinics across the Island. These would usually include 'open' (walk in) surgeries - where you would always be seen no matter how busy we are - and surgeries by appointment (to reduce your waiting time). We are also often able to offer additional appointment times for sensitive or urgent cases or those requiring a more in depth investigation. ***Unfortunately we have had to temporarily suspend all walk in surgeries during the pandemic because of social distancing concerns.***

Newport:

Appointments are currently being offered throughout the working day, Monday to Saturday.

Yarmouth:

Unfortunately, Yarmouth surgery is currently temporarily closed due to the pandemic.

Freshwater:

Appointments are currently being offered throughout most of the working day on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. This clinic is likely to be closed through lunchtimes.

Ventnor:

Unfortunately, Ventnor surgery is currently temporarily closed due to the pandemic.

Sandown:

Appointments are currently being offered throughout most of the working day, Monday to Friday.

*Bank Holidays:

We do not hold routine surgeries on bank holidays when the practice is closed, although there will always be a vet on call to deal with emergencies. (Tel 522 822)

Visits:

We are normally happy to perform home visits for most purposes, particularly for those clients or animals for whom travel to the surgery may be difficult, and for those sensitive situations where a home visit may be preferred. Unfortunately due to the current pandemic, there are severe limitations on performing any visits which may be classed as 'non-essential' or to premises where exposure of our staff to covid 19 could be a significant risk.
